THE HISTORY & LEGACY OF THE
RALEIGH POLICE DEPARTMENT

The Interfaith Community Ambassadors for Responsive Engagement (I-CARE) Team was created as a coalition of faith leaders to serve as ambassadors between law enforcement and faith organizations in Raleigh. The volunteer members also serve as a direct line of communication between residents and the Raleigh Police Department to address needs and concerns of the greater community while building a relationship with the RPD.

The first I-CARE meeting was a breakfast held on November 19th, 2019.
